Help pls

I was playing LoL fine on my old laptop, but after switching to my new one there seems to be a problem. When I play games with any champ and precisely when I try to cast an abilty the cursor gets locked and it really makes me play bad. For example : while playing lee sin, when i cast Q on an enemy on my right, the cursor gets locked on right and it comes back after 3-4 seconds. Pls help guys
