[Can't Launch the launcher]

Yesterday I was able to launch the game from both the steam launcher and the desktop, but now whenever I launch it, it says it isn't working. This happend just this morning and I cant even launch the launcher. I really would like to play league and get back to Warwick jungling summoner 11

If you can help me it would be appreciated.

i was having the same problem, i opened as admin and it worked for me

Try This.

CTRL+ESC > Services Find "IP Helper" under description. Right click and "stop" the service.
