Xin Zhao Bug?

Well for starters, I could be wrong and if I am just go ahead and delete this. I was playing a game as Xin Zhao a moment ago on summoners rift and when on two seperate occasions I noticed when I used Q on an inhibitor, the increased damage from activating Q continued on after 3 hits. It did not happen when attacking turrets. Is this something unique to the inhibitors or is it a bug?

This his a bug ir he did not continue 3 time after activation cause thats 3 empowered attack But with victor i realise that if i q a minion then i attack a turret it attack all the time as a empowered attack but he dont give additional damage this his just the animation
