Won a diamond 1 game gained 0 lp

Hi there I played a game yesterday in diamond 1 elo while I was at 0 LP and didnt get any LP for the win? I have proof here is a message from someone that was in the same game added me and told me he didnt get LP aswell http://prntscr.com/hdy28q. When the game ended the post game screen didnt load and I had to click the "Skip waiting for stats button" Apparently this person did aswell. There is also a VOD of this game on this streamers channel https://www.twitch.tv/videos/203221780 The game starts at 02:21:18 and ends at 02:51:18 he also had to skip waiting for stats and gained no LP.
