Alright for the past few months I haven't flamed or done anything or the sort but I've been honor zero for SO LONG I just want to know how long it usually takes for you to get out of this rut!??? its been wayyy to long!

That's not a bug man. You just gotta talk with your team in a positive way, say "good job" when they get a kill or escape a nearly successful gank. Help your mates. It'll happen.
