Vertical Sync not working on Windows 10

Hello. Using Windows 7 last years and no problems with nvidia drivers at all. Always using 'Nvidia control panel -> vertical sync global setting: ON'

Recently updated to Windows 10. Now vertical sync ignored by League of Legends.

Nvidia Inspector shows Vertical sync: Forced on If game have vertical sync ingame option - all fine, its working.

So problem just in Windows 10... any ideas? GTX 770
