[GAMEPLAY] Smiting a minion cancels Quinn's R, but Skystrike does no damage

In a custom game I noticed that smiting a minion while in Quinn's "bird form" ends the ult's effect, but does not trigger the Sky Strike AOE damage.

Reproduce:

1- Play Quinn on Summoner's Rift with the Smite summoner's spell and default skin 2- Get to level 6 3- While Behind Enemy Lines is active, smite an enemy lane minion with other minions nearby 4- Observe as the smote minion is the only one that takes any damage

I was able to reproduce the bug 100% of the time, smiting all four types of minions with each jungle item, as well as smiting without a jungle upgrade.
