got a leavebuster without leaving a game, how do i fix this?

I recently played a ranked game as varus, my internet was lagging and I needed to reset my router so I logged out of the client and reset the router, I then signed back onto the client and finished the game. I was gone for maybe 4 minutes and when the game is done I get a leavebuster for 5 games. I find this extremely stupid in my opinion is there any way to change this or am I stuck with it because my internet temporarily cut out?

You did leave though. It may have been a short absence but the system still said you left so that's why it gave you that and you just have to go through with it.

Being gone for more than a few minutes counts as a "strike" against you, even if you later return to the game.

LeaverBuster punishments are completely automated and are issued based on leaves/AFKs relative to matches played. Riot does not reverse or lift them unless there was some kind of technical mistake on their end (ie, you got punished when you did not DC or AFK at all).
