6 Champion Token (Client)

I just got my second level 6 champion token for Vel Koz. When i tried to upgrade it just the hovering information pops up. The usual forge where it tell you how much to upgrade did not pop up. As of right now i am unable to upgrade my Vel from level 5 to level 6.
