Creating a team bug [Client]

Recently these past few weeks I've come across a bug/problem where I join a team builder with my friend and "lost connection to PVP.net" but I am still in the lobby. On my friends screen i'm not shown with a character but i can still be seen in the chat. On my screen I am seen in the lobby with me trying to pick a champion to play. But when i pick a champion a message saying "This champion has already been picked". I can do blind pick lobbies and no problems except for when champions have already been picked I still get the message "lost connection to pvp.net" in the chat area. Again this has only been happening on my end. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I've done every list of possible ways to fix something similar but nothing has worked.
