azir homeguards bug

sometimes when i buy homeguards on Azir (note that:im full health , in the middle of the fountain) the homeguards dont trigger their passive . I tried moving around the fountain and all , and then after like 10 seconds it triggers it . I dont know if this is intentional but if it isnt i wont mind if you fix it :D
