[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne Passive does not apply Hunter's Talisman

I used to play a lot of nocturne jungle and one of the things that always bothered me was that his passive does not proc hunters talisman. This is 100% reproducible, nothing special required. I always thought this was on purpose, but then I read the bugfix for Malphites W regarding hunters talisman in 9.15. I then also tested hunters talisman with Sylas since his passive is the exact same and lo and behold it does indeed proc hunters talisman. Please help my boy
