[CLIENT] Cannot change region / settings do not save.

Every time I try to change the region from NA to EUW or other regions the client restarts and goes back to NA, the bug is that it does not save the settings made (As shown at minute 2:10 in the video), the "Remember me" wont do much. The bug goes away after I reinstall the game, but the next day the bug reapears. Solved In case someone had the bug, there was some odd problem with the shortcut, so i deleted it and made another one.
