Fix the patcher rito

Everytime a patch comes out it takes me hours or sometimes even days to get the game working again. It just stops and says "Calculating differences Files scanned (number)". I usually get to about 5000 files and then it crashes. This does not only happen to me. Both my brothers, 2 of my friends and probably many more. Please Riot, I beg you. Stop focusing on nerfing Yasuo and get this patcher working. My face right now-->
