[GAMEPLAY] Windspeaker's Blessing description

The description for the mastery Windspeaker's Blessing does not notify the player that the bonus to heals and shields do no affect the player using the mastery, although it does say it in the player display during a match. So when you choose swain to see just how fast you can heal to full health, you will be laughed at and taunted by allies and opponents alike. Bad for morale.
