[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Relic Shield Bug

While supporting my lane partner I noticed if you eat a minion and spit it out to kill it (which I did often for the cannon minion) it would not give the relic shield charge to my marksman. It didn't use up the charge either, so it acted like it didn't count. Yet I still got the gold for killing it, so the game registered that I killed the minion.
