Chat Bug - Offline?

(version is mac)

When I go to message somebody, regardless of their status, on the chat itself it will display them offline, which is confusing & distracting.

This had happened on PBE as well, however I had expected it to be solved. But instead whatever bug this is has been brought to live with the new patch.

Yeah this is a bug introduced by one of the past couple patches, happening to me and tons of others. Windows here..

Yep! Going on here as well. At first I thought it was because my friends were on their phones, until I realized it was pretty constant across the board.
