Alpha Client, weird bug?

So apparently I got disconnected from the internet for a second at the very end of a match. No big deal, problem on my end. I couldn't reconnect to the alpha client initially and it gave me a restart option. I click restart and every thing seems good except that now I can't click the play button, it doesn't register at all when I do. I think something might have been wrong with the restart option so I close the client entirely and now it won't open at all. Not sure what that's about.
