[Gameplay] Talon Rake ability hitbox versus Malzahar

I recently played a game against a Talon in which twice I was hit by a rake which I was clearly not in my hitbox. The first one was my first death under tower, not sure of the exact time mark, but the second was in the middle of lane and is even more obvious than the first. I have not tested this with any other characters except Malzahar. Time mark for the second one on that game was 25.44 I believe. I have a recording of it, but unsure of the best way to submit it to Riot for examining. I have linked the specific match to this message. Thank you for your attention and examination of this.
