Summoner spells not showing up in lobby

When I logged on today I got the update to 6.7 and played a game then put my computer to sleep and left. I came back about an hour later and restarted the client to play. When I join a lobby noone's summoner spells show up. The squares are there and I can hover over them to see what they are but the images are missing. They show up in game though so its more annoying than anything else.
