Connection issue

Hi! Please help me, i have some (a lot) problems! Trying to log in into my new account on Russian server and getting combo-wombo errors :

1. Cant choose my new accout ingame name with message "Unexpected error occurred, please try one more time" happening again and again
2. Cant login to riot support - I'am automatically signed out with message "An unknown error has occurred. Please wait a minute or so before trying again."
3. Cant ever login to russian forum so i am writing with message here! Problem is "Unable to retrieve discussions" Could you help me pls? Mac client Thanks!
