Leblanc bug [GAMEPLAY]

I have found in some games with leblanc that if u use W and then u want to use Q R, the animation of R is like the W, like a distorsion. Is a zone skill insteed of a target... As leblanc if u want to distorsion (W) in and Q-R for some damage, if u do that fast, the bug appears... I have no videos or screenshots but i hope u understood what i said
