Firewall blocking connection to League?

Dear Riot, Hi Riot, I wanted to address a problem that has happened to me in the past few days and if you have any tips to solve it this problem also got me banned for a day. The problem is that when I'm in a normal blind/draft pick or custom I go to 100% and then I crash. So i'm like ok, and I try to reconnect again. It says something about the firewall blocking connection to the server and I click retry and nothing happens so I have to wait until my game is over until I can see if this isn't working for another game, and as a result I get Leaver Busted. Please fix this problem Riot.
