Sprite Layers.
Hokay, Riot. So, sprite layers in League. Idk if I'm using the right term in this situation, but what I mean... the terrain is one layer, minions and champs another, the shop interface, and also the score board. Whatever is on top, that my cursor is over, should take priority.
For example if I'm looking at an item in the shop, in lane, idc about the health of a minion behind the shop interface. Nonetheless, if say in lane, I have the shop interface pulled up, and my cursor is over an item in the shop, so I can see the description, when a minion passes underneath, the description vanishes so the new thing under my cursor can reveal its details, in this case the hp of the minion.
To give another example, I have the scoreboard pulled up in lane so I can see what items everyone has. I'm hovering over an item in the scoreboard to see its description. A minion or champion passes underneath, making the description disappear and showing the hp of the minion or champ.
Right now, priority is given to whatever passed underneath my cursor most recently rather than whatever is the top sprite layer. Imo this should be changed.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my description and opinion! Have a nice day! ~Mya
