No Chat/Friends list

North King··1 votes·251 views

Logged on about 30 mins ago and I have no chat or friends list. It doesn't give me the option to reconnect to chat or anything to try and get my friends list or chat working. I can queue for matches and play those matches. I can't play with any friends because I have no Chat or friends list. If anyone could help that'd be great.
