Drop hacked by what seems like an ELO booster

Just playing a ranked game, was pretty even, once we finally pushed to the nexus and it was on half health my entire team disconnected.

I added the other guys on my team they all said the same thing happened to them and it is not in any of our match histories.

Think we were drop hacked, the player we think it was is 'very nice player'

Their match history has suddenly changed with their performances significantly better than before.

Other players on my team that I have been talking to that reported the same thing are: 'I hate myself' and 'Twenty Past Four'

This takes the entire fun out of the game especially because it was so close and we finally pulled together to win, please help rito.

Thanks.

Submit this information in a support ticket. Don't post it on the boards.

Riot doesn't check for reports of in-game behavior on the boards, and you're not supposed to name and shame here anyways.

If it disappears from the match history it means the game was cancelled. This either happens due to Riots server problem, or every player in the game disconnecting.

On top of that, there's no way for a hacker to get your IP from League. You send info to Riots server, Riot sends a response to you and all other player.

ie. When you press Q, your computer sends a message to Riot saying 'Hey I pressed Q', then Riot processes that (checks you have enough mana, and the spell isn't on cooldown), and if your Q is valid then Riot will send a message to all other computer saying 'Display a Q from X'.

This way you can't actually hack cooldown things and such by trying to trick Riot, and you also are never directly connected to anyone in game.

So a hacker would have to get ALL your IP adresses, and if they knew how to do that, they wouldn't be ELO boosting.

TL;DR

No drop hacker, it was either a problem with Riots servers, or a bug that caused ALL players to disconnect.

QUICK EDIT:

The player in question might be ELO boosting but any disconnect is purely coincidental.
