Zed W Lag Spike [Gameplay]

Today recently I logged on today and updated to 5.16 Since Zed got slightly buffed I chose to play him for my first game. I hit level 3 and used my W and then I noticed there was a lag spike that lasted for a split second. Even though it quite small I can't harass well with it. I need all the time I can use and using it quickly.

So then we lost game because I tried restarting League and restarting my computer because I was feeding potentially because of this bug. After the game I went in a custom game and I got my W when I spawned. Boom lag spike (as in large framerate drop) The lag spike triggers when the shadow lands on its destination, not when it is going to its destination. Please fix this bug it is very annoying and I can't play Zed properly now.
