6.6 Hammer Form Glitch

First time doing a bug so I don't really know how to format this but the problem is everytime a Jayce is in vision whether I'm using him or enemy when they enter hammer form it literally freezes for like 1 second. Granted its not that long but if you're in a team fight or something or need that hammer form that one second could really mess you up. I don't think it's just me either other people have seen it too but yeah this never happened before. So I went on another computer that was a completely different kind my sisters and played jayce and same thing happened because I thought it just might be my computer but nah.
