Leona's Ult was not casting

The bug was a gamplay issue. Leona's ult would not cast during a team fight. Has only happened once.

From looking at the footage it would seem that the cooldown was not showing up in the Ability part of the HUD.

I cast Leona's ulti as/just before I die. A countdown does not appear to signify the ulti is in cooldown. I try using Leona's ulti during a team fight, not realising it is in cooldown and I was unable to use her ulti.

I will be attaching two videos. One being the video of me using the Ulti before I died. The other being me trying to use the ulti just after I had spawned.

So it would seem that the Ulti's cooldown was not showing up due to me dying as it was cast.
