Champion skill preview sound, Play button sound spike!

Its more of a comment.. Mabey bug?

When you look at a champion's skills in the champion section (before a game) You can preview the skills of the champions.

When all game sounds are off, and i mean the sliders are absolutely down! The "skill effects sounds" are not adjusted this way, Meaning the skills in the video still make sounds. The main problem that i have is that these skill, actually make really LOUD sounds. When my volume is up maxed (in windows), and im wearing my headphone it is quite anoying. There should be a adjustable sound button for those video's.

Same with the start button, or the login button when you type in your name and password? The sound spikes a bit abnormally (with the click). Mabey my headset just is a bit sensative.. But i have talked about it with some others and they agree!

What i dont understand is: How has this never been adressed or done in the past? Are all players just deaf? Or is this just me?
