LOL Launcher tries to take control of everything

Launcher.exe tries to take control of every running process in my PC which makes my Comodo alert all the time about it. I literally get messages saying that "This program is trying to take full control of system process".

This behavior resembles a virus little too much. Anyone else having these alerts?
