Broken Draft Pick

I have been experiencing the same bug randomly since the start of season 6 where I will not have a lock in button. After the initial champion selection in which everybody chooses who they are planning to play, I will suddenly be frozen and the timer will stop. The audio seems to still go on normally, however the screen is still frozen. The timer may randomly start going again, but never finishes. Eventually it will be my turn to pick and lock in a champion however my screen will still be frozen and therefore I am unable to select a champion or lock in. This happens randomly and seems to be solved temporarily by restarting the client. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled my client and the problem persists. I know others were having similar problems at the very beginning of season 6 and Riot had fixed the issue a week later. The main issue is that the game will force me to dodge as I am not able to lock in and I am loosing LP and getting timed bans when it is entirely not my fault. Please let me know if anyone else is having the same problem and if any solutions have been found.
