little tahm kench gameplay bug

Hello,

I encountered a little bug with tahm kench: if you ult to a certain place and then the game ends, the screen switches to the nexus, but then follows the ulti of tahm kench. So you end up with another spot on the map at the end screen. This is of course a little bug (so little that i'm even doubting if it is even a bug) and does not influence the gameplay. You've also have to time it right.
