lolclient crashes again and again after new patch

I keep getting this error then crashing, be it in a custom or just looking at the store. Tried running as administrator , tried restarting, nothing is working. Reinstalling is not a good option, it costs a lot of money to use data to download games and I don't want to spend 15 bucks a gigabyte to download a game I already have and that worked yesterday :/
