Heimerdinger and Ekko bug

When Heimerdingers upgraded turret is within Ekko's parallel convergences slow field it stops firing at any enemies.

once the convergence is used or fades away the turret begins firing again.

PS: there is also an issue where when enemy champs go out of vision the ult turrets auto attacks following them disappear.
