"VICTORY" voice

Was playing ARAM,and as we know the voice has changed from woman to men.After we won instead of hearing the men voice saying "VICTORY" i heard the womans instead.I was wondering if they changed it actually or stayed the same,so I though maybe it didnt update it correctly
