Nomad chromas not working

So, I have the High Noon hecarim skin, and then used my worlds token to get the Nomad Chroma. But, it's not there in champ select, and it's not in my collection either.

I think other people are saying the same thing with regards to Nomad Chromas for the High Noon Skins. Any updates?
