[Gameplay] Doran's shield not working properly
As of 4.20, it's supposed to be blocking 8 damage from auto-attacks, on-hit AND single target spells, but it is only reducing damage from auto-attacks and on-hit spells, just like before.

It says it blocks basic attacks only, so single-target spells like Pantheon's Q does not get affected. This is the one reason why many people starts with one

when fighting against AD casters like Riven.
