Black screen at Champ Select / Game doesn't load after Champ Select

Half of the time champ select doesn't load and I get a black screen, the other half it'll load the game client for 10 minutes then kick me saying the game ended and I've been penalized. Now I'm forced to wait 20 minutes before every game because Riot releases a buggy client and refuses to correct my account for their mistakes?

Nah, I'm done with this game. Poor customer service, an intolerable amount of issues and a general unwillingness to make things right when it's affected their player base. So long Riot.
