Can't get to log in screen after clicking "Launch"

League Won't open after clicking "Launch". May have found a partial solution/clue.

I've addressed this problem yesterday in the link I've attatched but I've gotten no response or help of any kind. I haven't been able to play league in 4 days because of this, minus the two occassions I got league to run after 4 hours of messing with it's files only to have it crash anyways. I need help solving this problem. Deleting files and folders int eh directory did NOT work. Repairing the client did NOT work. Doing a fresh install of the game also did NOT work. I am at my wit's end on what to do. There is only one work around for this as stated in the link I've attatched, but I found out that even this too stopped working today and causes my game to crash. There is absolutely no way to get league working or to bring up the log in screen. I've spent days google searching for solutions and fixes and every single suggestion has failed me. I need help.

There are several ways to fix this:

Restarting your computer will make it work once. (you've figured this one out yourself) Heading over to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\Projects\ and delete the "lol_air_client" folder. Run the patcher, let it patch (it'll fix the game) and it will, again, work once. Closing the client will cause the issue again. Setting Internet Explorer to default settings will also temporarily fix this but it requires a restart to complete which applies the first fix so it's redundant. Permanent work around:

  • Run the patcher, click Launch. When nothing happens, go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\Projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.119\deploy\ and double click on the LolClient.exe. If this is a recurring issue, I recommend creating a shortcut to this file. Note: Running this file will only work if you ran the patcher first, running it without the patcher will simply crash it. That's it! You're in!

For anyone reading this for other versions of the game (in the future) the number 0.0.1.119 is only for the 4.20 patch, open the latest version whenever possible.

Ok! i click Lol icon for start and then it shows me lol logo and after that nothing happened!

Ok, I'm currently on 6.22 and for me it worked just going to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\releases\0.0.0.72\deploy\ and then just click the LoLPatcher.exe (it's the one with the LoL Logo)

Though this might not work since I think the 0.0.0.72 will get updated, if it does I guess you just have to do this but go to the new number. You could also make a shortcut for the LoLPatcher.exe, and to me this is permanent, you don't have to restart the computer after every time you have done this
