League Crashing on Mac

Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem that has just started recently. I have a mac book air that is around 4 years old. The system was updated recently to High Sierra. So every time a game finishes league will not let me out of the game. I have to shut down my computer every time I want to get out of the game. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know !!!
