Combined Champ Loses Full Item to Half Item From Carousel Pickup

I had a lvl 1 kennen in play with 3 completed items and a lvl 1 kennen on my bench. At the carousel, I picked up a 3rd level 1 kennen to upgrade to lvl 2, and this carousel kennen had a bf sword on it. when my lvl 2 kennen was created, it pushed my redemption off of the combined kennen and kept the bf sword. the redemption got pushed to my inventory. lost the ranked match on it cause kennen was my carry...
