Search for summoner feature is gone. [CLIENT]

i dont know if this was a bug or not, but i used the search summoner feature alot, especially when being randomly added by bots who give viruses, i just search up there name and if they are level 0 with no matches played, i just assume they are bots. maybe im just missing something or forgot to turn something on/off, i would like it if i got some recognition as to whether I need to do something or if riot did this intentionally.
