Master Yi auto attack

I am having an issue with master yi's auto attack. After I land a q master yi has a huge delay until he decides to auto attack again. I am seeing this particularly at the raptor camp after you kill all the little creeps with a single Alpha strike. Sometime against enemy champions as well.
