Client Crashes During Champ Select

So I realize that I am not the only one getting this issue. BUT seeing that it is a pretty widespread issue rito please. I now have a 15 minute timer because of the crash. Can you make it so we don't get penalized for a client issue? I've tried all the fixes, nothing works. For those of you who don't know the issue. During champ select at some point the client freezes not allowing you to lock in your champ that you have selected whether its during the ban phase or the champ pick phase. This causes you to not "lock" in a champ and making you have a time penalty for not locking in.

I've had mine freeze before the ban phase, then a new League window is pulled up, so I log in again just for it to tell me there was an error and needs to close. Then I log in again, only to find a time ban, this has happened every so often and it's very disheartening. Please anyone look into this . Amumu item 3070

I've had the same issue, it's only ranked, just freezes during in lobby, losing a lot of points because of client crashing during lobby.
