Highlights won't load [Client]

For some reason, throughout the 5 accounts I have, I can not get my highlights page to load. It works, 1/67 times, if that. When I log into any one of my accounts and press 'profile' then the 'highlights' button, it says "your highlights are loading". I wait 5 - 10 minutes usually. Most days I cannot get them to work so I give up and wait a day or two, because after spending about an hour to try and get my highlights section to load I get frustrated and give up. On the very rare occasion the highlights do work, they take about 2 - 3 minutes to load in. So I usually give it 5 minutes no matter what just to be safe, but it still takes me 5 - 10 times of closing the client and restarting it for it to work even once. And if I accidentally click out I can almost never get back in. I've reporting this bug 7 times so far but havent gotten a response, and there is only 1 forum post regarding this issue but it has no answers. Any help would be appreciated.
