NA and EUW Clients non functional

Either unable to log in to client or when you do que up and get ready for a game with your character, you just freeze and stay there without loading into the actual game. PLEASE fix this. its been 2 hours already. 5 accounts and checked*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
