[GAMEPLAY] UDYR passive E doesnt work
If you dont activate the E, the target is not stun at the first basic attack.

Ahh, you misunderstood something.
Udyr has a unique mechanic - Stances. The passives of his Q-W-E-R are only in play when they're activated. Bear Stance for example will not activate its passive unless Udyr is using his Bear Stance; he presses E.
It is no bug, but an intended way to use Udyr. Furthermore, it's not just his first auto attack. Everything he hits that doesn't have the ring around them will get stunned if he has Bear Stance up.
