Happens every game for me and has happened to a lot of people I've talked to. I just did a full repair on the client, I'll see if it fixes it.
This is exactly what me and 2 more friends are getting since. like 1/ 2 weeks ago. Since It's not only me I guess it's because of the new update.
The question is this: IS IT Slowing the loading time or not?
