Didn't get Hextech Chest after Getting S

I just did a game where I got S on Morgana, hadn't received the chest yet and I didn't get it. It doesn't show I got it in the collection tab and It was supposed to be my first case this week. Please help!

You either have already gotten a chest on Morgana, or you don't own that champion
